A lifelong public servant and driven entrepreneur, Stephen’s leveraged his academic and real world experience to become a sought-after consultant, author, and businessman.
Chief Davis serves as the Director of Administration for Goliath Ventures and as co-founder of Choice Press and The Raising Alphas Project. He helps families, authors, and business leaders grow through coaching, consulting, and book publishing. His signature leadership model, The Five Rung Ladder of Leadership, offers a clear and practical framework for building accountability, resilience, and high-performing teams.
A published author and engaging speaker, Stephen shares hard-earned insights on leadership, legacy, and personal development. He lives in Central Florida with his wife, Veronika, and their two sons, Caiden and Kai.

Joseph Lawrence, BA, MPS is a writer, editor, and publishing entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in storytelling and brand development. With a background in classic literature and a passion for helping others tell meaningful stories, Joseph has worked across traditional and hybrid publishing models to support authors from first draft to final launch.
As the Lead Editor for Choice Press, Joseph has partnered with dozens of entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and legacy-minded individuals to bring powerful and lasting books into the world. His publishing work blends old-world craftsmanship with modern marketing sensibilities, empowering authors to write with confidence and publish with purpose.
Joseph is also a poet, publishing his work yearly through his Choice Fellowship imprint and his monthly publication, Songs of Sonnets. He lives in Colorado with his wife, Amber, and their dog, Gregor.
